Shipping & Handling

  • We ship through the United States Postal Service.
  • Shipping is based on the weight of the package and it's final destination.
  • The day of shipping should not be included when estimating transit/delivery times.
  • Please be sure to provide us an accurate shipping address. Returned orders will be refunded for the product only.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee.

To return an item for any reason, just repack the item in its original package. Please include your order number and a copy of your confirmation email. Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the orginal form of payment only. Store credit may also be requested.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Isethena Press, LLC is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
